The Business House offers classes for children age 6 and older and adults of all levels.
Meet the Teacher
LaBrika Chaffer is a business consultant with over 15 years of experience helping large corporations strengthen operations, scale systems, and create meaningful impact through their work.
She founded Sweet Reverse Business House from a desire to make business education accessible, practical, and purpose-driven for both children and adults. Her passion is building people, creating structure, and standing behind others as they discover their confidence, ownership, and ability to change their communities.

Sweet Reverse Business House empowers children and adults through hands-on business education, real-world systems, and real earning opportunities, teaching them not just how to start businesses, but how to lead and grow them.
How it works
The Business House
Business instruction is offered through hands-on, real-world projects including product creation, marketing, logistics, budgeting, sales, and leadership development. Students work on individual business ideas or choose from guided projects such as a lemonade stand or collaborative magazine.
The focus is on building practical business skills, confidence, and ownership through active learning. Classes are limited to ensure individual attention. Materials and project resources are provided. Tuition is $150 for 4 weeks. Classes are ongoing and students may begin at any time.
Grades 1 - 5
Monday 4:30 pm-6 pm Thursday 6:15 pm-7:45 pm
Grades 4 and above
Monday Evenings 6:15 pm - 7:45 pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays 4:30 pm

Grades 8 and above
Thursdays 4:30 pm- 6pm
Adult Classes
Adults develop business ideas of their choice and bring any tools or materials they prefer to use. Participants may build new concepts or strengthen existing businesses while receiving instruction in business structure, logistics, marketing, financial planning, and systems development. Industry experience includes medical, accounting, education, oil and gas, and retail. For adults who are open to guided business development, a structured track is available with provided materials, step-by-step support, and hands-on instruction. Classes are ongoing and students may begin at any time. Tuition is $150 for four weeks.
Adult Classes
Mondays 7 pm to 9:30 pm
Wednesdays 1 pm to 3:30 pm
Thursdays 9:30 am to 12 noon
Thursdays 1 pm to 3:30 pm
Fridays 9:30 am to 12 noon
Japan in July
Participants may keep profits earned for personal use or choose to apply their earnings toward the Sweet Reverse Business House international trip to Japan in July 2026. This gives families the opportunity to build businesses together while creating unforgettable global experiences. Students must have adequate grades and attendance in school in order to attend.
